With this Charter we want you to know what you can expect from a service level perspective and every time you contact us

We will never take on your case if, in our professional opinion, we foresee any major issues with a successful application to your unique immigration pathway.

We serve clients successfully from every country in the world with our trademark personal touch. We aim to assist their migration goal with ease, minimising the challenges associated with the visa application process. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the peace of mind to enjoy the excitement of immigration.

We are committed to World Class professional support and tailor our services to the needs of our clients. Our services are designed to provide the most suitable and cost effective result and our registered migration consultants and other immigration professionals are highly skilled in providing immigration services to our clients with a unique mix of legal, practical, commercial and personal advice.

Once you instruct us in a professional capacity you can be confident that you have an experienced team representing you. One that is committed to exemplary customer service and a successful outcome.

We promise to contact you when we say we will. We do ask that you follow our appointment process for calls and visits but if you do contact us with a query and your case manager is not available we will usually call you back within 24hrs (mon-fri).

We will never ‘hard sell’ any of our products. Our staff are all educated and highly trained individuals, many of whom have been through the immigration process themselves at some point in their lives. They will do their best to work with you to service your unique immigration pathway solution.

We often receive small affiliate commissions from our panel of suppliers. Where possible we pass this back to you and we use our admin charge to help keep our overall fees competitive. In the case of clients using our student services we pass back in full, any referral fee that we receive from Universities and Educational Establishments.

All physical documentation is stored securely. We take your privacy very seriously and never compromise on your personal data security.

All electronic details are stored in a secure database.

If you have suggestions for any improvements we can make to our service please channel this through your dedicated account manager. Any suggestions that we implement will be rewarded with a £20 Amazon Voucher.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our service please raise this with your account manager in the first instance.

Rest assured we operate above and beyond this Charter. Our staff view this Charter as our minimum acceptable standard and we never stand still in the pursuit of operational excellence.
